Return & Refund Policy
- Customers are required to check the order at the time of delivery or pickup.
- If any product is damaged, incorrect, or missing, it must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel or store staff at the time of receipt.
- Returns will only be accepted on the spot, during the delivery or pickup itself.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the delivery or pickup is completed.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only for items that meet the above return condition.
- In case of an accepted return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Perishable goods, clearance items, or special promotional products are non-returnable.
