Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers are required to check the order at the time of delivery.
  • If any product is damaged, incorrect, or missing, it must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel.
  • Returns will only be accepted on the spot, during the delivery itself.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the delivery is completed.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only for items that meet the above return condition.
  • In case of an accepted return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Perishable goods, clearance items, or special promotional products are non-returnable.
