Return & Refund Policy
Customers are required to check the order at the time of delivery.
If any product is damaged, incorrect, or missing, it must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel.
Returns will only be accepted on the spot, during the delivery itself.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the delivery is completed.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only for items that meet the above return condition.
In case of an accepted return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Perishable goods, clearance items, or special promotional products are non-returnable.
