Shipping Policy
For Retail Store Customers
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of confirmation.
Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping is free for orders above ₹999; charges apply for smaller orders.
Delivery tracking information will be provided via email/SMS after dispatch.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Customers are advised to verify the order at delivery time.
In case of damaged goods, follow our Return & Refund Policy.
For Wholesale Store Customers
Wholesale orders must be placed on or before the 25th of each month.
Orders placed after the 25th will be processed for the following month.
Delivery for wholesale orders is scheduled within the first week of each month.
Minimum order quantities may apply based on product category.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are discussed at the time of wholesale agreement.
All deliveries must be inspected at the time of receipt for any issues.
No returns will be accepted after delivery is completed, unless reported on the spot.
